India’s policies for a digital economy are taking shape. Last month, the Justice Srikrishna Committee has released its Report on Data Protection as well as a draft Personal Data Protection Bill 2018. The Commerce Task Force also released a draft e-commerce policy for private circulation and consultation. This post is a compilation of the opinions of experts on these reports and proposed policies.
